Poor communication never updated me regarding repairs and kept my car for 5 days. Excuses were got wrong parts then had a blackout at warehouse then person who was supposed to pick up parts called off work. Difficult to get anyone to answer phone5-6 calls before someone would pick up and sometimes call would just go dead.

I arrived on time for scheduled appointment, vehicle was finished sooner then promised and only did the work required.

I had received an text from Michael, asking if I was in the market for trading my 2019 Chev Equinox in for a new vehicle. I thought about it and decided to stop at Kerry Chev Alexandria, KY on a Sunday afternoon. Well, Michaael was off, and I was greeted by Andy. He showed me some vehicles. I told him what I wanted, trade in value on 2019 Equinox, lower payments, 2025 Chev. Equinox, moon roof/sun roof and AWD. He and Michael worked on this together to find me one just like my requst and in Lakeshore Blue. They kept in contact with me with any updates. I received everything plus more (from me continuing changing my mind on things) with the exception of the color. All said and done, I purchased a 2025 Sterling Gray Chev. Equinox AWD with 19 in wheels, sunroof, Black top, and all the bells and whistles to go along with it. This is my 4th or 5th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I swear by them and the service that you receive is AWESOME!!! I will not go anywhere else. Kerry Chev is the only one to purchase your vehicle. Thank you, Michael & Andy

Everyone at Kerry was incredibly easy to work with, especially my Sales Consultant, Bill, who I'll definitely recommend to others. I also really appreciated being able to work the deal over text before coming in to sign the paperwork. Easily one of the best car buying experiences in my life.
