Efficient, friendly and professional

Always fast

But for a lady named Dana I would not have returned to the dealership. I am not talking to A/I. If we can't afford a person to answer the phone then I'm going elsewhere. In the service area I inquired as to why my convertible top would indicated it was too cold to lower it and my response was our tech left and I would have to go to another dealership to get my answers.

Was great besides forgot to order tires so car sat there another day

Audrey Cooper was very helpful showing us the Blazer Ev. Audrey was also very knowledgeable with the Blazer EV and took her time making sure we were comfortable with the setting before we left. Audrey has checked with us several times after the sale, and we are very happy we purchased our Blazer.

I went in for a battery issues, and they tried to sell me tires.
